Cannon Electric is looking for an apprentice electrician who shows up ready to work, takes pride in doing things right, and treats customers well. If you have electrical experience, we’d like to hear from you. If you’re new to the trade but eager to learn, we’d like to hear from you too.

We’re a Watertown company doing local residential service and small commercial work. Our days include troubleshooting, repairs, lighting, remodels, and installations. The work varies, and schedules can change as customers need us. You’ll learn alongside the team and take on more responsibility as your skills grow.

What you’ll do

• Help install, repair, and update electrical systems in homes and small commercial buildings
• Learn to troubleshoot problems and work safely
• Communicate respectfully with customers and explain your work in plain language
• Keep materials organized and document work in Housecall Pro; training is provided
• Work in attics and crawl spaces when a job requires it
• Adapt when service calls or project schedules change

What we’re looking for

• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership, and asks questions when needed
• Clear, courteous communication with customers and coworkers
• A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Electrical experience is preferred, but not required
